On 21–22 May 2026, an international project meeting was held with the participation of partners from Poland, Lithuania, Türkiye, Latvia, Portugal, and Croatia. The meeting was hosted by the partner school Srednja škola Ban Josip Jelačić in Croatia.
During the first day, partners discussed the project work schedule and expectations regarding the further implementation of the project. The results of Work Package 2 (WP2) and local training activities carried out in partner countries were reviewed. The WP3 work plan, the structure of the IO2 result, and the tasks assigned to each partner were also presented in detail. Partners discussed the technical and content-related aspects of IO2 and shared suggestions for the next stages of implementation. The day concluded with a review of the project’s progress and planning of future activities.
On the second day, partners presented the status of dissemination activities and discussed challenges and achieved indicators. A session dedicated to quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities was also conducted. As part of promoting environmental awareness, a “Clean-Up Day” activity was organized.
During the final part of the meeting, partners evaluated the organization and effectiveness of the meeting and agreed on future project activities. The organization of the LTT mobility for students in Portugal, scheduled for 14–16 October 2026, was discussed in detail. Organizational matters, the activity schedule, partner involvement, and planned activities for participants were established.
