Shortly before the break, Oyarzabal scored again to give Spain the lead. In the second half, Cristiano Ronaldo hit a stunning volley, marking his 138th goal for the national team.
After 90 minutes and extra time, the score remained 2-2, leading to a penalty shootout. Portugal stayed calm under pressure. Diogo Costa made a crucial save from Morata’s attempt and Ruben Neves shot the deciding penalty.
With a 5-3 victory in the shootout, Portugal secured their second Nations League title. The win was emotional for Ronaldo, who was very emotional and cried with happiness.
