As part of the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR and VR,” teachers in Lithuania participated in a specialized training programme focused on the educational use of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).
The training provided educators with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in using immersive technologies to create engaging, interactive, and innovative learning environments. Participants explored a variety of digital tools and applications, discovering how AR and VR can enhance student motivation, support active learning, and improve the understanding of complex concepts.
Throughout the sessions, teachers developed skills in designing immersive educational activities and gained confidence in integrating these technologies into their everyday teaching practice. The training also encouraged the exchange of ideas and good practices, strengthening international cooperation and professional development.
This activity represents another important step in the project’s mission to empower educators with the competencies needed to successfully implement AR and VR in education and prepare students for the digital future.
