As part of the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR and VR,” an inspiring and well-attended session on Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in the Classroom was held at the Agrupamento de Escolas D. Afonso Sanches in Vila do Conde, Portugal.
With the enthusiastic participation of secondary and vocational students, the session explored innovative ways of learning through active methodologies and interactive challenges within a modern educational ecosystem. Participants experienced how immersive technologies can transform the classroom by increasing engagement, promoting creativity, and supporting deeper understanding of learning content.
The event highlighted the growing role of technology in education, placing students at the center of the learning experience and demonstrating how AR and VR can help prepare young people for the digital future.
