Our students recently participated in a series of engaging eTwinning and hands-on learning activities that successfully combined Safer Internet Day with the objectives of the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR & VR.”
Through interactive and collaborative experiences, participants explored how emerging technologies can be used responsibly, safely, and creatively in education and everyday life.
Activities included:
🔹 Interactive Workshops – Exploring online safety, digital citizenship, and ethical behaviour in immersive virtual environments and the Metaverse
🔹 Creative Digital Design – Using AR and VR tools to transform ideas into innovative digital creations and interactive experiences
🔹 Collaborative Learning – Working with international partners, exchanging ideas, and building connections through shared digital activities
🔹 Responsible Technology Use – Reflecting on the opportunities and challenges of emerging technologies while developing critical thinking and digital literacy skills
The activities provided a valuable opportunity for students to experience firsthand how immersive technologies can support creativity, communication, and learning while promoting safe and responsible online behaviour.
