The Zespół Szkół Nr 1 in Kołobrzeg, Poland, is currently halfway through the implementation of the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR and VR.”
As part of the project, the school is developing an innovative educational solution that combines 3D animation and Virtual Reality technology to support safety education. The final outcome will be a VR-based training system designed for use with 3D headsets, enabling students to independently learn and navigate all 20 evacuation zones within the school building.
The project aims to enhance students’ understanding of evacuation procedures through immersive and interactive learning experiences. By using VR technology, learners can practice emergency scenarios in a safe and engaging environment, improving both their knowledge and preparedness.
This initiative demonstrates how innovative digital technologies can be effectively integrated into vocational and general education, making learning more practical, interactive, and impactful.
