The Greek partner has successfully launched the first week of piloting activities for the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR and VR”, engaging enthusiastic students and dedicated teachers in an exciting journey into immersive learning.

This initial phase focused on building a strong understanding of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) and exploring how these innovative technologies can transform learning within Vocational Education and Training (VET).

Following the structure of Module 1, developed by the Polish partner, participants explored the first stages of the AR/VR Toolkit (IO2) through a range of practical and interactive activities.

During the first week, students and teachers:

🔹 Explored the foundations of immersive technologies, including AR, VR, MR, and XR

🔹 Learned about the equipment, terminology, and functions behind these digital tools

🔹 Examined ways to integrate AR/VR across different subjects through interdisciplinary learning

🔹 Became familiar with the educational resources, lesson plans, and activities included in the IO2 Toolkit

🔹 Began their journey into creating their own AR/VR content, including 3D visualisations and interactive learning experiences

The first week was marked by high levels of curiosity, creativity, and motivation. Participants embraced the opportunity to experiment with innovative technologies while developing digital and future-oriented skills.

We look forward to seeing the exciting results and achievements that will emerge throughout the upcoming stages of the piloting process!
