A dynamic professional exchange recently took place at 2nd EK Piraeus, where educators from Edirne, Türkiye were welcomed for an enriching Job Shadowing experience focused on innovation, collaboration, and the future of vocational education.
During the visit, participants had the opportunity to:
🔹 Explore specialised classrooms, laboratories, and technical facilities through hands-on observation
🔹 Experience classroom immersion by observing teaching methods and educational practices in action
🔹 Exchange knowledge and best practices in vocational education and training (VET)
🔹 Learn more about the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR & VR”, including its objectives, achievements, and future plans
A significant part of the programme was dedicated to the presentation and dissemination of the project’s Intellectual Outputs (IO1 and IO2). These innovative resources were presented in detail, generating valuable discussions on the role of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in transforming teaching, learning, and vocational training.
The visit highlighted the importance of international cooperation, professional development, and the sharing of expertise among European educators. By building strong partnerships and embracing innovative technologies, we continue to expand the possibilities of education for both teachers and learners.
