We are pleased to share that the first week of piloting IO3: E-Learning Pills Platform was successfully completed at 2nd EK Piraeus, Greece, in May 2026.
During the piloting activities, teachers were introduced to the project’s innovative educational resources, including the AR-VR E-Learning Pills available through the project platform and accompanying digital materials.
Throughout the week, participants:
🔹 Explored the structure and objectives of the IO3 platform
🔹 Became familiar with the AR/VR educational resources developed within the project
🔹 Tested practical classroom applications of immersive learning technologies
🔹 Reflected on the potential of AR and VR to enhance teaching and student engagement
🔹 Shared feedback and ideas for future implementation
A particular highlight was Module 1: Language Arts, which received very positive feedback from participating teachers. The AR/VR pills were described as both visually engaging and highly valuable for classroom use, offering innovative ways to support language learning through immersive and interactive experiences.
Teachers were especially impressed by the quality, creativity, and practical value of the resources and are already looking forward to exploring the remaining modules in the coming weeks.
The successful completion of this first phase marks an important milestone in the implementation of IO3 and demonstrates the strong potential of immersive technologies to support innovative teaching and learning practices.
