As part of the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR and VR,” the local piloting phase of the AR and VR Teacher Training Programme was successfully completed in Croatia in April 2025.
A group of 20 vocational education teachers participated in the pilot training, designed to strengthen their digital competencies and support the integration of immersive technologies into teaching and learning.
Through six interactive training modules, participants:
🔹 Explored the educational potential of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR)
🔹 Learned how to design engaging and immersive learning experiences
🔹 Developed practical skills in creating AR and VR content
🔹 Increased their confidence in using innovative digital tools in the classroom
The piloting phase provided valuable feedback on the training programme and demonstrated the strong interest of vocational teachers in adopting emerging technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
This important milestone contributes to the project’s mission of equipping educators with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to bring immersive technologies into vocational education across Europe.
