The Croatian partner has successfully completed a local virtual piloting session of IO3: E-Learning Pills Platform, developed within the Erasmus+ project “The Power of AR and VR: Igniting Passion for Learning Through Innovative Technologies.”
During the session, teachers explored innovative digital resources designed to support the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) into teaching and learning.
A particular focus was placed on the Science Series, including the immersive lesson:
“VR Earth Science: Earthquake Shake Table & Building Design”
This engaging learning experience enables educators to bring complex scientific concepts to life through interactive AR/VR technologies, helping students better understand real-world phenomena through exploration and simulation.
During the piloting activities, teachers:
🔹 Explored immersive AR/VR learning scenarios
🔹 Tested ready-to-use educational resources from the IO3 platform
🔹 Evaluated innovative approaches to teaching science concepts
🔹 Shared feedback to support further development and improvement of the platform
🔹 Strengthened their digital competences and confidence in using immersive technologies
The successful piloting session demonstrated the potential of AR and VR to enhance classroom learning, increase student engagement, and support innovative teaching practices in vocational and general education.
