Hi, here are some options for breakfast:
– Chia seed pudding
– Oatmeal
– Eggs

I recommend you to balance your meals – combine carbs, protein and healthy fats and if you can, prepare your food in the evening, because then you will receive more free time in the morning before the school.
What if somebody has lactose intolerance? What can we eat instead of milk, yoghurt etc.?
You can still follow the food pyramid but you need to adapt it to your needs. Many products have lactose-free alternatives, so it’s worth experimenting to find flavors you enjoy.
Honestly I think this is wrong, I eat only fast food and I am as healthy as a horse 🐴
