Autumn begins and soon after it Winter will come. And what about this? Frequent colds, runny nose, sore throat, headaches and much more. This is probably due to the weather, which changes from day to day with the new season. In a few days the sunny, warm days became cold, rainy and windy. Nobody likes being sick, but it can be easily prevented. I would like to give you some tips that will make your autumn and winter days more comfortable, without any sickness.

  1. Dress according to the weather- when it’s cold, and windy always wear a jacket, scarf and don’t forget about a hat.
  2. Avoid contact with people with colds- you can get infected from them quickly and easily
  3. Drink hot drinks, e.g. seasonal teas- they will help you warm up on cold days, and they are simply delicious
  4. Eat and sleep enough- when you don’t have enough energy, your body is weakened, so you can catch diseases faster
  5. Keep a balanced diet, eat fruits and vegetables- a balanced diet provides us with nutrients that helps our body to work properly
  6. Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, etc.- all stimulants weaken our body terribly
