Today I will explain how to take care of your health during the autumn.
As you may know the autumn has started since almost a month, and some of you might have caught some sicknesses and other diseases. Below you will find a recipe for an autumn-shots which support your immunity.
Why is it healthy? The vitamins contained in citrus improve your immunity, ginger and garlic and pepper have antibacterial properties, honey has anti-inflammatory effects and spices like turmeric reduce the risk of cancer.
Recipe:
1 orange
2 lemons
1 tea spoon of turmeric
Half tea spoon of pepper
3 cloves of garlic
5cm of ginger
3 table spoons of honey
At first you need to peel the citrus and put in the blender or other blending machine.
Peel the garlic and ginger and add them to citrus.
Add the spices and honey.
If you want you can add water but it’s not mandatory.
Mix it until it’s smooth
If you don’t like the pulp, pour the mixture through a sieve.
After that our autumn-shot is ready, you can pour it into small bottles and put in the fridge up to 7 days. It’s recommended to drink it every morning on an empty stomach.
