They laid out a detailed schedule for each phase of the project, ensuring that everyone had a clear understanding of their roles and timelines. The KAI presented the „Dissemination Plan”, which highlighted the strategies for promoting the project’s results to a wider audience.

A key highlight of the day was the training session led by Araxa Edu, focusing on the „Importance and Use of AR and VR in VET”. This session emphasized how AR and VR technologies can enhance learning experiences in VET by providing immersive, hands-on simulations that allow students to practice skills in a virtual environment.

The day concluded with a special certificate awarding ceremony, where participants received certificates.

In addition to the formal project activities, there was time set aside for sightseeing in Eskişehir, a city known for its unique blend of modernity and tradition. Participants had the chance to explore the city’s vibrant cultural heritage, stunning architecture, and rich history.  This part of the day offered a wonderful opportunity to strengthen relationships among the participants and share experiences in a more informal setting, enriching the overall experience of the project.
