Day 1, the kick-off meeting began with a „Welcome Note” and „Opening Remarks”, setting the tone for the project’s launch and establishing the significance of the collaboration. ZS No. 1 from Kołobrzeg then took the stage to present the „Project Goals, Objectives”, and „Expected Outcomes”. This presentation outlined the key aims of the project, including the main targets and the desired impact on both participants and institutions involved.

Following this, a discussion took place on the „Importance and Relevance of the Project” for each participating institution. Each partner had the opportunity to share how the project aligns with their own goals and how they anticipate benefiting from the collaboration. This exchange helped to build a shared understanding of the project’s value across different contexts and strengthened the commitment of all parties involved.

A key part of the meeting was a detailed discussion about the „Project Timeline, Milestones”, and „Dependencies between Project Tasks”.  This discussion was crucial to ensure that the project would progress smoothly, with each partner understanding the importance of timely contributions and the potential challenges that could arise.

The meeting also included a „Presentation of the Project Documents”, which provided an overview of essential materials that would guide the project’s implementation. This included templates, reporting tools, and other documentation to ensure all partners had access to the necessary resources.

Next, there was a discussion on the „Specific Objectives of the eTwinning Project”, which is an integral part of this project. This conversation focused on how eTwinning, would be used to enhance communication and collaboration between participants. The discussion also touched on how eTwinning could support the project’s broader goals of sharing knowledge and best practices.

Finally, Araxa Edu presented the „Work Plan for Work Package 2 (WP2)”,  which focused on specific tasks and objectives related to this part of the project. They also introduced the „IO1 (Intellectual Output 1) Templates”. This presentation helped ensure that everyone was on the same page regarding the deliverables and documentation standards for the project’s first intellectual output.

In sum, the first day of the Kick-Off Meeting was a comprehensive and collaborative session that laid the foundation for successful project implementation, with clear objectives, shared understanding, and a strong focus on cooperation.
