On Thursday, April 24th, volunteers from the Henryk Sienkiewicz School Complex in Kołobrzeg had the pleasure of leading a workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence and the Latest Information Technologies” for members of the Senior+ Clubs.

The event took place at the welcoming venue of the “Adebar” Culture Laboratory and was organized as part of the Erasmus+ project “THE POWER OF AR AND VR: IGNITING PASSION FOR LEARNING THROUGH INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY” (2024-1-PL01-KA220-VET-000243150).

The aim of the workshop was not only to broaden participants’ knowledge about modern technologies, but also to foster intergenerational integration. Students introduced the seniors to the basics of artificial intelligence, explained how it influences our daily lives, and demonstrated various digital tools and applications.

Participants explored topics such as AI in everyday devices, digital safety, and the impact of new technologies on healthcare, education, and culture. There was plenty of room for questions, hands-on experiences, and friendly discussions that bridged generational gaps.

The atmosphere was filled with curiosity, openness, and mutual respect. The meeting turned into an inspiring exchange of knowledge and life experience, proving that learning and digital discovery have no age limits.

This event left everyone with warm memories and sparked ideas for future collaborations. We thank all the participants for their involvement, enthusiasm, and smiles – and we look forward to the next steps in our Erasmus+ journey!
