News from football:
Today, Kotwica Kołobrzeg was playing with Znicz Pruszków. The match took place at the city stadion in Kołobrzeg (im. S. Karpiniuka). The match ended in a draw (0:0). It was a very hard game for our team. In first half, kotwica was playing very well, but in second half the opposite team dominated us. At certain moments, we attacked our opponents, which aroused a lot of emotion in the stands. Best players from today’s match: Musolitin, Trojanowski, Favorow, Kozioł – he saved us from losing a goal, Krekovic – IMO, he deserves the MVP of the match. We can see a change in playing technique and in attack. We are stronger and braver… When the other players recover, I see a lot of potential in our local team.
We would like to say: „thank you” to the entire team and coaching staff for putting their heart into the match.
News from basketball:
We lost by 2 points… (71:73) The team, that was mentally and physically resistant won. Despite the loss, Kotwa is still in 3rd place in the first men’s basketball league table. I think, it was a magnificent match that showed that some elements of the game need to be worked on. The boys showed strength and fought until the end. Next match will be better!
The next match will be on Saturday at the Millenium Hall in Kołobrzeg. We will play against GKS Tychy.
