On April 17, 2026, the final day of the LTT mobility in Poland was dedicated to environmental education and closing activities.

The programme began with the module “Inclusive and Accessible Teaching Practices for Climate Education (Module 5)”, delivered by participants from Lithuania. The session focused on methods and strategies to ensure that climate education is inclusive, engaging, and accessible to diverse groups of learners. The next session, “Assessing and Evaluating Climate Education Outcomes (Module 6)”, was conducted by the team from Portugal. Participants explored tools and approaches for measuring the effectiveness of climate education, including assessment methods and evaluation strategies.

After a short coffee break, participants took part in a discussion circle titled “Integrating Lessons on Sustainability into Educational Practices”. This interactive session allowed participants to share experiences, reflect on the knowledge gained during the project, and discuss ways to implement sustainable practices in their own educational contexts.

Before the certificate ceremony, participants visited an eco laundry facility in Sarbia, where they had the opportunity to observe sustainable industrial solutions in practice. The visit focused on water and energy efficiency, heat recovery systems, and environmentally friendly laundry processes. The event concluded with a certificate ceremony, during which all participants received certificates of participation, followed by the completion of an event evaluation survey.

Finally, the official closing of the LTT mobility in Poland marked the end of the programme, summarizing the achievements of the project and highlighting the importance of continued cooperation in the field of climate education.
